Where can I find BBB?

We are located at 100 Market Square, Unit 10 Newington CT 06111. It is on the upper level of the building.

Where do I park? 

There is free on-street parking available as well as a large parking lot in the back.

How do I book an appointment?

First, visit the Square booking site and click “Book an appointment” which will prompt you to the service list where you will choose the service you’d like. Then click on the available highlighted dates on the calendar and select a time from those dates. Next, you will provide your contact information as well as your credit card information to hold the appointment. No charges will be made to your card unless there is a cancellation outside of the policy or a no-show. Once you submit your contact information and your appointment request, please wait for your appointment approval. Once approved you will receive an email and text confirming your appointment. 

What can I expect for my first eyebrow wax appointment? 

Our team of estheticians will assess your brows and skin to make sure there are no allergies or contraindications, consult with you about what your goals are for your brows, then perform the full service of transforming your brows! 

How can I prepare my first Brazilian?

For your first Brazilian wax, you should stop shaving for 2-3 weeks before the appointment. The hair should be at minimum the length of a grain of rice to properly remove the hair. We highly recommend you exfoliate a few days before your Brazilian wax to help with hair removal. 

I’ve never had a facial, where do I start? 

Before diving into your first facial, we like to start with a simple skin consultation. This can be done in-person or online, and it gives your esthetician an idea of what your skin needs.

What if I need to reschedule an appointment? 

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so within the 24-hour policy. For emergencies please contact brainsbeautybrows@gmail.com 

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

We ask that if a client needs to cancel, to do so at least 24 hours before their appointment or a fee will be charged. 

What happens if I missed my appointment?

No shows will automatically get charged 50% of the booked service. If you are running more than 10 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be canceled and charged a no-show fee.
